Dozens of migrants and refugees have been wounded as Macedonian police pushed back hundreds of migrants from a fence at a refugee camp on the Greek side of the border. Tear gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets were fired on a crowd of more than 500 people who had gathered at the fence at the makeshift camp of Idomeni.
