SBS Pashto program has interviewed Afghan Ambassador exclusively to Australia H.E. Wahidullah Waisi on a range of issues.


In his interview, the Ambassador H.E. Said that there are around 1700 Afghan asylum seekers in Australia and of that number 90 applications have been rejected. H.E. Waisi also said that currently there are around 200 Afghan asylum seekers are in Narue and Papua New Guinea detention centers and so far 49 refugees have been settled in the USA.
