Is it necessary to change Afghani schools curriculum?

Afghanistan's education ministry says the current curriculum needs some changes to meet the nationwide standards. Education ministry authorities say the current curriculum has a higher standard and many teachers find it difficult to teach students and in addition students also find it difficult to learn.
