Over10 billions of Afghani rupees have been received from the phone's credit cards in Afghanistan.
Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Afghanistan, Shahzad Gul Urobi, says the new system design has been created to ensure transparency will be made to collect the telecommunications revenues.However, the MPs of the Wolesi Jirga, say that the tax and revenue from credit cards are not transparent and should be canceled.Najia Safi has more; please listen to the full report here.
