Putting a sticker on National ID cards and less number of voter registration has spark concerns

Independent Election Commission (IEC) began putting stickers on national IDs of registered voters.


It is while people in many provinces, including Logar, have encountered security problems by armed opponents, and therefore the number of voters in the polling stations is very short.
Three weeks after the start of the voter registration process, the Independent Election Commission said, yet less number of people have registered for casting votes.
