Removal of Chief Executive position from Afghan government

In Afghanistan some media reported that the government is planning to remove the Chief Executive post from the government ranking and give Dr Abdullah Abdullah the first vice president position. If such a move happened will it be for the benefit of the government and the people or it will create more problems? We have interviewed some experts who share their view on such move.
