Rohingya Muslims threatening suicide if they are sent back to Myanmar

Oxfam has warned conditions for people to return safely and voluntarily are not yet in place.

The international aid group Oxfam is calling for equal rights for Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar and assurances they will be safe it they return.

 

The call comes in a new Oxfam report outlining the fears of traumatised Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh who face a return to Myanmar.
