Some parliamentary candidates accuse government of interference

According to the National Assembly of Youth Candidates, votes without biometrics are not acceptable to them. Many of these candidates emphasized the re- counting of casted votes in the parliamentary elections. This is where the Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan says, it will count the votes without the biometric tech.
