According to the National Assembly of Youth Candidates, votes without biometrics are not acceptable to them. Many of these candidates emphasized the re- counting of casted votes in the parliamentary elections. This is where the Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan says, it will count the votes without the biometric tech. Earlier, the Electoral Complaints Commission had warned that without any biometrics, they will not count the casted votes. Please listen to the full report here
