A new survey reveals that around half of Australians are suspicious that refugees coming to our shores may not be genuine. A new survey by IPSOS reveals that a majority support the principle of people seeking refuge from war or persecution. However, IPSOS Australia director David Elliott says worldwide, the subject of refugees has become a hot topic - and concerns are being raised around the world.
