Harmeet Sing is the first Sikh from the minority in Pakistan to host a TV news bulletin. Harmeet Singh works for Public TV Station. Media veteran Yousaf Baig Mirza, who heads the Public News channel, said Singh was chosen as newscaster due to his flamboyant looks and voice pitch.
