As Muslims start fasting during Ramadan, it's thought that this a great eating practice with many saying it can be very healthy if you fast for sometimes during the year time. However, at some stages this can be challenging too. Since in Ramadan the food processing cycle is changing experts say we have to be careful on what to eat and what not to eat during this time.
