In the year 2017 around three hundred, thousands of refugees were forcibly returned to Afghanistan.


The Afghan ministry of Refugees says the most of the returnees are the young Afghans who have left Afghanistan for work and they have illegally entered Iran. In the meantime, UNHCR expressed its concern over the forcibly returned to the Afghans and their situation in Afghanistan. Some Afghans want the government to resolve the refugee's issues in Iran.
