Why Afghans are concerned about the security situation in Afghanistan?

Afghans have different views on the security situation in Afghanistan; some believe that Afghan forces are capable of handling the security of Afghanistan while others think if the government doesn't take some immediate measures some of Afghan provinces will fall into Talibans hand.
