Why more Afghan women are facing Osteoporosis?

In Kabul some women are struggling with Osteoporosis where their bones are getting weak and the fell pain in their joints.


Some experts say that Afghan women are not much exposed to the sun and they often stay indoor where lack of vitamin D is one of the causes where women get Osteoporosis. Experts also say that underage marriage and some other bad practice could also cause women to get Osteoporosis. Najia Safi has a full report where she spoke to some affected women and expert.
