It’s the start of the month of Ramadan, more than a billion Muslims worldwide fast and worship.


You might know the main important purpose of Ramadan's obligation but why some actions might affect your fasting.

First, it is important to understand why the fasting is obliged and who is obliged?  What are the benefits of Ramadaan and the benefits and practices of Ramadaan after the fasting month?
The head of the Afghan Islamic Center and Imam of Omar Farooq mosque in Melbourne Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed talked more about the month of fasting.
