Why Taliban refuse to take part in Afghanistan peace talks?

Afghanistan peace talks, as in the past, gave new hopes to Afghan to have peace in the country. However, soon after meetings between the involved parties, the Taliban refuse to take part in peace talks. The Taliban has said it will not take part in peace talks brokered by representatives of Afghanistan, Pakistan, China and the United States, casting doubt. To learn more about their refusal to take part in discussions, we have interviewed political analyst and professor at Kabul University Mr Nasrullah Stanekzai who speaks about the reasons behind their refusal.
