The International Organisation for Migration is warning against anti-refugee sentiment in Europe, with migrant numbers in 2016 unlikely to drop from 2015 rates. The November Paris attacks and a string of sexual assaults in Germany on New Year's Eve have intensified tensions over migrants in the region. And German Chancellor Angela Merkel is facing increasing pressure to cut the country's refugee intake.
