Michael Gunner says his rise to become the Northern Territory's chief minister is proof that it's the land of opportunity.Mr Gunner, who has led Labor to a landslide victory in the Territory is promising a new era of stability and trust, and an end to what he calls four years of chaotic and tumultuous rule by the Country Liberal Party.
