The Commonwealth Bank's Ian Narev

The Commonwealth Bank has launched a compensation scheme, and its chief executive unreservedly apologises to people hurt by its financial-planning business's misconduct. That comes after a Senate report blasted the bank and the corporate regulator for failing to respond appropriately to the financial-planning scandal.
