Government cuts payments to asylum seekers in Australia for medical treatment

Around 100 asylum seekers sent to Australia for medical treatment will be affected by cuts to welfare that are now in effect . The group has been told they are losing their $200-a-fortnight assistance payment, and have just weeks to find new accommodation.
