Some Muslim communities have expressed concern and disappointment over comments made by Prime Minister Scott Morrison in connection with the Melbourne Bourke Street attack last Friday. Mr Morrison says the man behind the attack was a terrorist and claims he was suffering from mental health issues - are just an "excuse".
