Reserve Bank governor says more interest-rate cuts possible

The new governor of the Reserve Bank of Australia says interest rates could be cut again. Dr Philip Lowe has outlined what he calls his "fundamentally optimistic" views to a parliamentary hearing while facing three hours of questioning.
