Russia is insisting it has no spies in Australia after the Turnbull Government announced it will expel two Russian diplomats it says are "undeclared intelligence officers." Russia's ambassador to Australia has issued a robust, hour-long defence of his country, saying Russia has been the victim of a conspiracy concocted by Britain and its allies. But the Turnbull Government has dismissed the remarks as what it calls "standard Russian propaganda."
