W budżecie między innymi: duże wsparcie sektora opieki nad osobami starszymi i pomoc dla rodzin z dziećmi, jest pomoc dla kobiet, są nieznaczne zmiany podatkowe, ale za to łatwiejsze warunki zakupu pierwszego domu, oraz zmiany w superannuation i spore wydatki na infrastrukture.
