Brazilian Cema Santos gives tips to deal with the suffering associated with immigration.
Cema is an alternative practitioner and in this long podcast she talks about immigration challenges - the language barrier being the biggest -, the over the top perception of racism, the much higher risk of work injuries for qualified migrants, not being used to manual labour, and talks about levels of frustration.
She also talks about alternative forms of childbirth, citing the Indian mothers of the Amazon, obesity and hydrotherapy for pregnancy, specialist areas where she worked in the past.
Cema is Brazilian, from Manaus and living in Perth, working with neurolinguistics, time line therapy, hypnotherapy and conflict mediation, especially with Lusophone migrants from Brazil and Portugal.
