US President Donald Trump's son in-law and senior White House advisor Jared Kushner has unveiled a 72-billion-dollar ((AU)) investment plan for the Middle East on condition the Israelis and Palestinians agree to a peace deal. Mr Kushner is calling it "the opportunity of the century", but it's not a view shared by all, with protests breaking out across the Middle East as his conference proceeded in Bahrain.
