Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has promised residents of a suburb of Tel Aviv to return it to what he calls "the people of Israel" by expelling mainly African migrants. It comes as the country's Supreme Court has ruled the government can continue to deport illegal immigrants to third countries but cannot continue its policy of indefinite detention.
