The leaders of North and South Korea are holding a summit in the Korean demilitarised zone as part of an effort to end decades of tension on the Korean Peninsula. Kim Jong-un's entry into the zone marks the first time a North Korean leader has crossed into the South since the signing of the Korean War armistice in 1953.
