Petition to change cycling laws

A controversial online petition calling for stricter laws on cyclists has sparked debate all over the country. Lodged by a group calling itself ‘Drivers for the Registration of Cyclists’, it has garnered over 100,000 signatures to change the way cyclists use the road. But many argue the new rules would make cycling more dangerous than they say it already is.
