Result looms for Australian Marriage Law postal survey

Australians have had their say in the same-sex marriage debate, with more than 12.6 million ballots received before the postal survey officially closed on November 7. According to estimates, around 78.5 per cent of eligible voters had returned a ballot with the results due to be published at 10am on November 15, 2017.
