Vladimir Putin displays new nuclear weapons array ahead of elections

Russian President Vladimir Putin has listed what he says is new Russian nuclear weaponry, with long range capacity and the ability to evade United States technology. Coming just weeks ahead of an election he is expected to win easily, the speech has been met with skepticism from world leaders.
