Australian dollar touches a 10-year low

The Australian dollar has dropped to its lowest levels in 10 years against the US dollar.

The Australian dollar, which was trading just above 70 US cents on Wednesday, dipped to at 67.49 US cents this morning.

The last time the Australian dollar was so low was in early 2009.
