The Queens Birthday Honours List recognises the service and achievements of Australian citizens. This year 891 people received the Order of Australia and Chief Defence Scientist and head of the Defence Science and Technology Dr. Alex Zelinsky is one of this year honouree. Born in Australia, Alex is the son of Russian migrants. He dedicated his career to science, new technology and systems.
