Since his first appearance as guest conductor of WASO in 1987, Russian-born Vladimir Verbitsky has become a much-loved figure in Perths musical world. To celebrate, he leads WASO and the WASO Chorus in two dramatic Russian masterpieces: Rachmaninovs massive choral symphony The Bells and Tchaikovsky's Manfred Symphony.
