Notarial service and passport fees to be changed from 1 January 2017

The Embassy of Australia in Belgrade will start applying new notarial service and passports fees from 1 January 2017. More detailed information available at the following list:

PASSPORT FEES

From 1 January 2017

 

Passport applications

10 - year passport (for persons aged 16 and over) $277

5 - year passport (for children under 16)  $139

5 - year passport (optional for persons 75 and over) $139

Frequent traveller passport (For 10 - year passports only and subject to availability) $407

Emergency passport overseas  $175

 

Additional fees and services

Priority service (Available to eligible clients in Australia and London only) $183

Overseas surcharge – adult applicant  $103

Overseas surcharge – child applicant  $52

Observation made after passport issue $15

 

Other travel document applications

Document of Identity  $72

Certificate of Identity $175

Convention Travel Document (Titre de Voyage) $175

At Australia Post

- EFTPOS, MasterCard, Visa or cash

At a passport office

– EFTPOS, MasterCard or Visa only

Overseas

– in most cases, you will be required to pay an equivalent amount in local currency.

Fees are subject to annual indexation. No GST is payable on passport fees.

1 Administering an oath or receiving a declaration or affirmation $ 70

2 Effecting, or attempting to effect, service of a document and issuing a certificate or affidavit of service or attempted service of a document $70

3 Witnessing a signature or seal on a form or declaration $ 70

4 Preparing a declaration or other document $ 70

5 Verifying and certifying a copy of a document or part of a document $70

6 Signing a document, or affixing a seal to a document or other article $70

7 Witnessing the execution of a will $ 70

8 Transmitting a document or other article through official channels $70

9 Transferring funds through official accounts, other than for the purposes of the realisation of a deceased estate $70

10 Preparation and issue of an Apostille certificate $80

11 Preparation and issue of an Authentication certificate $80

12 Preparation and issue of a Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage $140
