Marijan Vajda, the coach of the best Serbian and world tennis player said:
"Novak wants to win the calendar grand slam, so he will win all four Grand Slam tournaments in one year. We also talk about the record held by Roger Federer. The Swiss currently holds 20 titles, Djokovic 14. It is possible to do all this, but he must work hard and be healthy."
Djokovic won Roland Garros in 2016 and was the champion at all four Grand Slam tournaments, but not in the same calenda year. Now Djokovic wants to proof he is capable of doing so.
Since vajda returned to the team, Đoković won Wimbledon and US Open, and he also celebrated at the Masters in Cincinnati and Shanghai.
"We did not expect such a success. When I started working with Novak again, he was not able to get important matches. I knew he would be a champion again, I just did not know when that would happen, "Vajda concluded.
