Heavy protests greet start of G20 summit in Germany

World leaders and central bankers arriving in Hamburg, Germany, for the start of the G20 summit have been greeted by tens of thousands of protesters.The German government has deployed thousands of security personnel to control them as the leaders prepare to discuss international security, climate change and the refugee crisis.
