Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says he will seek tougher action from G20 leaders on terrorism and North Korea when he attends the annual leaders summit in Hamburg, Germany. A senior cabinet minister has delivered the strongest response yet to Tony Abbott over the former prime minister's constant criticisms of the coalition government. Technical outages have hit the Australian Tax Office forcing the agency to take its tax return systems off line for several hours last night.
