MIRJANA Lucic-Beroni continued her amazing run at Melbourne Park by advancing to the semi-finals courtesy of a tough three-set win over fifth seed Karolina Pliskova. That result sees her make it to the final four of a grand slam for the first time since Wimbledon in 1999.
She’ll play Serena Williams after the American beat Johanna Konta in straight sets to stay in the hunt for 23rd major trophy.
