Delimitation Gazette: AG files motion seeking early call up.

The Attorney General (AG) today filed a motion in the Court of Appeal seeking the Writ petition, which challenged the gazette notification on delimitation of electoral boundaries and the number of members of Local Government Authorities, to be called on November 30.

Earlier, the case was scheduled to be called on December 4 and an interim order was granted staying the gazette until December 5.
