The lawyer for United States President Donald Trump says North Korean leader Kim Jong Un begged "on his hands and knees" for a planned summit between the two nations to go ahead.
The White House says Mr Trump and Mr Kim are due to meet at a luxury resort in Singapore next week, after an earlier cancellation by the U-S leader.
