RAFAEL NADAL beat Kevin Anderson, gunning for a first ever Grand Slam victory, in the final of the US Open 2017 to seal his third title in New York.
Nadal hit 6-3, 6-3, 6-4 victory over giant South African Kevin Anderson on Arthur Ashe Stadium last night.
Meanwhile,USA Sloane Stephens defeats her country partner Madison Keys for US Open women's title by 6-3 and 6-0.
This is the very 1st US Open title for Stephens.
She was on 957th in the world only five weeks ago to US Open 2017.
