The United States ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, says the U-N Security Council has run out of options on containing North Korea's nuclear program and the U-S may have to turn the matter over to the Pentagon.
Last week (Monday) the Security Council unanimously voted to impose further sanctions on North Korea, banning profitable textile exports and capping fuel supplies.
Ms Haley has told C-N-N the council has now exhausted all diplomatic options.
