Sri Lanka will take Bangladesh in their 1st T20 at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur today at 10 pm (AEDT).
Dinesh Chandimal will lead Sri Lankan team since Angelo Mathews keep rest for Independence Trophy which held in Sri Lanka in March between Sri Lanka, India, and Bangladesh.
Sri Lanka seeks tournament win after they won the tri-series and also the Test series against Bangladesh.
At the moment Sri Lanka ranked 8th place in ICC T20 rankings and Bangladesh took 10th place.
Therefore, these two T20 matches will crucial for Sri Lanka to secure their rank in ICC T20 ranking.
