Colombo Fort Magistrate Lanka Jayarathne today imposed yesterday (02/10) bans on Perpetual Treasuries' owner Arjun Aloysius, CEO Kasun Palisena, Chief Dealer Nuwan Salgado and Chief Technical Officer Sachin Dewathantri.
The Magistrate order came after the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) requested a prohibition order preventing the Chiefs of Perpetual Treasuries Company from leaving the country as investigations on the Bond Issue had begun.
