The U-S government insists president Donald Trump's controversial travel ban is legal.

A federal judge in Seattle last week suspended Mr Trump's executive order.

The order halts both the U-S refugee program and stops people from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the United States.

The legality of the executive order may ultimately be determined by the U-S Supreme Court.
