Britain's Interior Minister Amber Rudd says the Uniting Kingdom has lowered its national threat level to severe, after progress was made in the London train bombing investigation.
Police arrested a second man has been arrested in relation to Friday's incident where a home-made bomb was detonated on a packed commuter train, injuring 30 people.
The 21-year-old was arrested in Hounslow, in west London, and charged under section 41 of the Terrorism Act.
It comes after the arrest of an 18-year-old man (Saturday) in the departure area at the ferry port of Dover.
Armed police are patrolling London streets and security has been stepped up on the city's transport network, but Londoner Richard Green says the increased police prescence isn't bothering locals.
