The Secretary-General of the United Nations says he's available to help broker talks on North Korea.
On Twitter, United States of President Donald Trump says North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has made a wise and well-reasoned decision in backing off a little after threatening to attack the U-S controlled island of Guam.
But U-N Secretary-General Antonio Guterres claims it's time to focus on diplomacy rather than rhetoric.
He says the solution to the North Korean crisis simply must be diplomatic, rather than military, in nature.
