You bet, a record will break tonight; but by whom?

Pakistan has never defeated India in a World Cup match; be it T20 or ODI! And, India could never beat Pakistan in a limited over match in Eden Gardens! So, one record is set to be broken tonight, when the arch rivals meet tonight for the Kolkata Derby.

Yes, everyone know it is more than a cricket match. Whenever Pakistan and India come face to face, the coin is tossed in the stomachs of every cricket fans, the match is played in their hearts and a defeat is never accepted by their brains.

It will be no different story tonight. Especially after the political issues that led forced the match to be moved from Dharamshala to Kolkata, and the hue and cry against Pak captain Shahid Afridi back home following his India-love statement.

The high voltage game will start 7.30pm local time (1.00am AEDT) tonight. With India losing their first match to New Zealand and Pakistan scoring an emphatic win against Bangladesh, it is advantage-Pakistan on papers.

But, a win in this game is more needed by India, as another defeat might be serious enough to edge them out of the World Cup. India has recently shown ability to bounce back from adverse situation - like what we have seen in Australia early this year. After losing momentum in ODIs, India  had whitewashed Australia 3-0 in T20s.

Also, their recent win against Pakistan in the Asia Cup give hopes to Indian  team and fans.
