A pay rise for millions of Australians from July 1: Explainer June 04

Millions of Australians will receive a 3.75% pay rise. The Fairwork Commission has recommended raising the minimum wage offered for each job sector. This salary increase has been arranged to be close to the inflation rate of 4.1% recorded in the last April quarter. Listen to SBS Sinhala Explainer for more information.
